IPTV Lions provides digital subscription assistance and setup support. Because digital access may be delivered or activated quickly, refund eligibility depends on the delivery status, the confirmed order terms, and the reason for the request.
Before payment
Ask for a trial when available and confirm the plan duration, number of devices, compatible application, activation timing, and refund eligibility in writing.
Requesting a review
Contact us promptly by WhatsApp or email and include the order reference, purchase date, device or application, and a clear description of the issue. We may ask you to complete reasonable troubleshooting so we can identify whether the issue is caused by the service, device, application, or network.
How requests are assessed
Requests are reviewed case by case against the written order terms and delivery status. A change of mind, unsupported device, account sharing, or a network problem outside the service may not qualify. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
