Before ordering
You are responsible for confirming device compatibility, network suitability, local requirements, and the details of the selected plan. We recommend requesting a trial when available and obtaining written confirmation of price, duration, device count, delivery, and refund eligibility before payment.
Service availability
Streaming quality and availability can be affected by internet service, device performance, applications, maintenance, geographic restrictions, and third-party sources. Descriptions such as HD or 4K apply only where the source, device, application, and connection support them.
Acceptable use
You must use the website and any service lawfully, protect credentials supplied to you, and avoid sharing, reselling, copying, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access unless expressly permitted in writing.
Payments and renewals
Price, currency, term, device count, activation timing, and renewal terms should be confirmed in writing before payment. A subscription does not renew unless the agreed order terms say it does.
